                                                                                                        2013 Bristow Trail Run

The first race in the Run Big Trail Series - for series details, CLICK HERE.

Date: Sunday, February 17, 2013

Time: 9am - 50K, 10am - All other distances

Distances: 50K, 25K, 10M, 5M

Location: Elijah Bristow State Park - Dexter, Oregon

Directions: Take I-5 to Exit #188 (Hiway 58 towards Oakridge). Take Hiway 58 for 8.5 miles to Rattlesnake Road. Turn left on Rattlesnake and go .2 mile to Wheeler Road. Turn right on Wheeler and go .7 mile to the entrance to the park on the left. Watch for signs to Elijah Bristow State Park.

Courses: The course consists of a 5.2 mile loop, all on single-track trails. The course is entirely flat, on trails adjacent to the Willamette River. Most sections of the course are wooded, and a few stream crossings (5-10 meters long and less than a foot deep) are possible, depending on the water level of the river. The 50K will cover the loop 6 times, the 25K will cover the loop 3 times, the 10M will cover the loop twice (yes, that makes the distance 10.4 miles), and the 5M will cover the loop once (actually 5.2 miles).

Course Map: Click here for a COURSE MAP. An elevation profile map is not necessary - the elevation changes less than 10 feet from the start and finish elevation of 440 feet above sea level.

Entry Fees: 50K - $50 / 25K - $35 / 10M - $30 / 5M - $25, through Saturday, February 16. Ages 17 & under AND 60 & over, deduct $5. Add $5 to all entry fees on race day. Tech shirts are available for an additional $10.
