REGISTRATION

$15 - without shirt | $25 - with shirt prior to race day.  Add $5 - February 8 through race day.

Register in person at River Road Park (1400 Lake Drive) by February 9.  Day of race registration will be from 8:15-9:00am. PACKET PICK UP

Packets will be available on race day at the River Road Park office from 8:15 am to 9:15 am.

AWARDS

* New divisions in 2019!  Awards will be presented to winning team in each of the following co-ed (one male and one female) divisions (based on combined ages of both runners):  29 & under, 30-55, 56-81, 82-107, 108-135, 136 & over. And the top teams in each of the all male and all female divisions: 40-65, 66-101, 102 & over.  The time from each team member will be combined for a total team time.  The overall male and female individual winners and overall wheelchair participants will also receive awards.

RANDOM PRIZES

All registrants will be eligible for numerous random prize drawings, courtesy of local merchants. 

POST-RACE REFRESHMENTS

Stick around after the event for refreshments, including Mo's chowder, baked goods, drinks and more.  

FACILITIES

Bring your swim-suit and towel.  The dressing rooms, showers, and hot tub will be available for use. 

CHILD CARE

The staff at River Road will be providing free child care while you run!

RACE BLOOD DRIVE

Immediately following the race, Lane Blood Center will be conducting a blood drive at the Emerald Park Community Center.  The blood-mobile will be on-site and runners and their guests may register to donate that day or schedule an appointment for a later day/time.  Every single donation can help up to three patients.  Thank you for your support.
