COURSE DESCRIPTION

The 5K rolling (and challenging) course will travel along the Laurelwood golf cart paths, single track trails and an occasional fairway, allowing participants to enjoy scenic views of the beautiful Laurelwood Golf Course.  The course is a cross country style adventure! All abilities and levels are welcome - whether you are a new or experienced runner/walker, this is an event for you!


Click here for a GPS COURSE MAP.  Click here for a PRINTABLE COURSE MAP.  Dogs are not allowed in this event and strollers are not recommended (single-track trails and sloping hillsides).   Each member of a relay team will run their 5K loop before handing the team baton to the next runner. 


ENTRY FEES

$25 - 5K,  $40 - 10K (Two-Person) Relay,  $60 15K (Three-Person) Relay


The entry fee includes the race, post-race refreshments, age group awards and random prizes. 

Add $5 to all entry fees on race day. 


SHIRTS

Event shirts are available for $12 in women's and men's sizes through January 2, 2020.

PACKET PICK UP

Race day at Laurelwood Golf Course from 8:30 am to 9:45 am


POST RACE REFRESHMENTS

After your run/walk on the gorgeous Laurelwood Golf Course, enjoy hot pancakes and a tasty yogurt parfait bar with all the fixings-- fruit, nuts, granola & more. Your entry also includes a beer from Ninkasi!


AWARDS

Awards will be presented to the overall male and female winners and the top three male and female finishers in each age group.  The top three relay teams in each division (Men, Women, Mixed) in both the 10K Relay and 15K Relay will receive awards.  


TEAM COMPETITION

Individuals can also compete as a part of a team and contend for team awards.  Teams can have an unlimited number of runners, with the top four fastest times counting towards a teams' total combined time.   Team Divisions:  Male, Female, Mixed (At least two scoring females).  The relay team competition will run as a relay, with team members handing off after each leg.
