RELAY LEGS OVERVIEW

Participate as an individual or as a member of a team to complete the following:


  1. Road Run
  2. Road Bike
  3. Kayak/Canoe
  4. Mountain Bike
  5. Trail Run
  6. Stand Up Paddleboard
  7. Disc Golf Run


COURSE DESCRIPTION

  • Leg 1 ROAD RUN: Sidewalks and Bridges, DeFazio and Ferry Street Bridges (1.8 Miles)
  • Leg 2 ROAD BIKE: Ruth Bascom Bike Trail via Greenway and DeFazio Bridges (4.4 Miles)
  • Leg 3 KAYAK/CANOE: On the Willamette River from Alton Baker Park to Whiteaker Neighborhood Boat House (1.9 Miles)
  • Leg 4 MOUNTAIN BIKE: Through Maurie Jacob and Skinner Butte Parks (3 Miles)
  • Leg 5 TRAIL RUN: Pre’s Trail through Alton Baker Park to landing on Canoe Canal near Autzen Stadium (1.8 Miles)
  • Leg 6 STAND UP PADDLE BOARD: Downstream on Canoe Canal to Alton Baker Park. 2 Portages! (0.8 Miles)
  • Leg 7 DISC GOLF RUN: 4 Holes of Disc Golf (0.9 Miles)

REGISTRATION

Regular Registration (through September 22)

  • $25/person  - Ages 17 & Under, High School Division, College Sorority & Fraternity Divisions
  • $35/ person - Ages 18+


Late Registration (from September 23 through September 27)

  • $35/person  - Ages 17 & Under, High School Division, College Sorority & Fraternity Divisions
  • $45/ person - Ages 18+

DIVISIONS

​Individual Man, Individual Woman, Men's Open, Women's Open, Coed Open, Iron Masters Individual Man (60+), Iron Masters Individual Woman (60+), Iron Masters Coed Team (60+), Fraternity, Sorority, High School Boys (representing a single high school), High School Girls (representing a single high school), Family Coed, Kids Coed (Ages 13 & Under), Open Team Unlimited (Use of Tandem Bikes, 2 Person Canoes, 2 Person SUPs, wheelchairs, roller skates, circus tricycles, etc. all allowed. Up to ten team members.)


Please note: Motorized craft (motorized bikes, scooters, boats, etc.) are not allowed in this event.
